Class Descriptions
Class Title:  Brief Description (Order of Emphasis)

ABsession:  It's all about abs as we power through this hour using traditional mat based exercises, yoga-inspired movements, and standing core strengtheners.  Totally devote yourself to your abs and you'll be flaunting a fab midsection in NO time! (Strength, Flexibility)

Camp Zenergy: Attention Soldier! You know the drill...anything goes in Boot Camp! Reap the benefits of this ultimate calorie-burning workout through challenging combination of cardiovascular drills and resistance training using weights, calisthenics and more! (Strength, Cardio, Flexibility)

Chisel:  Straight-up strength training with this sculpting class that will burn calories, promote lean muscle mass, and put your metabolic rate through the roof.  Using resistance bands, free weights, and your own body weight-Chisel will have you feeling the burn all hour long.  (Strength, Cardio, Flexibility)

Energy Interval Training:  Eat your Wheaties folks, because this is the ULTIMATE total body workout.  Using a dynamic breakdown of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and core conditioning, this nonstop workout will challenge you from head to toe.  Just when you think you've maxed out on energy we finish the class with our infamous Power 10.  (Cardio, Strength, Flexibility)

Group Run:  Use the buddy system for our endurance building group run.  Whether you are training for the marathon, or just looking to increase your stamina and aerobic capacity-this is the class for you. Mileage increases every week, so please

HardCORE Conditioning: Strengthen and align your core with this unique interval training workout comprised of cardiovascular exercise and core conditioning.  You'll experience seamless transitions from cardio drills to either mat-based or standing, yoga-inspired movements.  Buddha bellies be gone! (Strength, Cardio, Flexibility)

Iron Yoga:  Get buff in this workout that fuses strength training and core exercises with traditional yoga practice.  Still flowing in nature, this class ends with an amazing series of hip openers, spinal releases, and (yawn) relaxation.  (1-2 lb free weights recommended) (Strength, Flexibility)

Track Workout/Speed Training:  On your mark, get set...RUN!  Let's hit the track for a workout to increase aerobic capacity, speed, and athletic performance.  Workouts are progressive in difficulty, and a running base is recommended.  Please

Zen Yoga:  Here's where Boot Camp becomes a bit more enlightened.  Breathe your way through this flowing vinyasa class, designed to improve flexibility and realign the body.  (Flexibility, Strength)
